About me

Trace of Soul Yoga was created from my personal journey and the profound transformation yoga and mindfulness brought to my life. I first turned to yoga as a way to balance my running routine and release tension after long hours at a desk job. What started as a physical practice gradually evolved into a deeply enriching journey, awakening my mind, body, and soul.

The heart of my yoga teaching lies in sharing the power of self-love and self-healing that these practices have brought into my life.

Through mindful movement and breath, we cultivate a deep connection to our physical body, nurturing inner peace while rejuvenating and healing from the outside in.

I provide a supportive space for you to explore and embrace a practice that nurtures your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Beyond the physical postures, I emphasise the importance of mindfulness and connection to breath, helping you cultivate a sense of inner peace that extends beyond the yoga mat.

Tracy is devoted to helping others uncover the harmony between presence, movement, and breath,

empowering them to heal holistically—body, mind, heart, and soul.

In 2013, Tracy attended her first Vipassana meditation retreat, an experience that profoundly enhanced her connection to yoga. This self development journey shifted her practice, infusing it with mindfulness, meditation, and a deeper sense of connection. Yoga became a pathway to greater peace, self-awareness, and compassion, igniting her passion for self-growth and inner healing.

Tracy’s journey has taken her around the world, immersing herself in yoga, meditation, and spirituality. In Rishikesh, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, deepening her practice and understanding. Her love for Yin Yoga inspired her to complete a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, after which she began offering sessions focused on cultivating stillness and mindfulness.

Her teaching journey began in Brighton and led her to the Philippines, where she became a resident yoga teacher at the Bahay Kalipay Yoga and Raw Detox Centre. There, she deepened her expertise in guiding others, expanded her personal self-inquiry, and created as well as facilitated numerous retreats. This experience allowed her to further explore and integrate the physical and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

"After a morning class with Tracy, I felt so profoundly moved and the rest of my day was so beautiful as I felt so connected to the world around me - I would describe it as both emotionally and physically “unblocked” after a difficult period of time. I really feel Tracy is very dedicated to sharing the practice of yoga to help others in this way"
